Dario Frigo, one of the possible winners of this Vuelta, celebrates 
                  his 30th birthday today.

                  Frigo pulled off one of the coups of the day by gaining a minute 
                  on Beltran in the overall classifications, leaving him only 
                  2 seconds down on Beltran's time. Brltran was distanced yesterday 
                  on the last Alto that traversed the streets of Cuenca.

                  Frigo almost won at Envalira, passed in the last seconds by 
                  Valverde.
